Delivery methods

We deliver our products through Econt and DPD courier services to an address specified by the customer.

Free delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders within Bulgaria.

Delivery times

• Bulgaria: 3–5 business days after order confirmation
• Europe: For delivery to European Union countries, please contact us for more information about times and terms

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location and the courier’s workload.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that lets you follow the delivery status in real time.

Important information

• Children’s furniture does not require special delivery or assembly
• Products are delivered ready to use
• When receiving the shipment, please inspect the condition of the packaging and product in the courier’s presence
