Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days within Bulgaria. For international orders, the time may vary. After confirming your order, you will receive a tracking number through which you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Does the furniture need assembly?
Most of our furniture comes partially assembled. We include detailed instructions in Bulgarian and all necessary tools. For children's furniture, assembly usually takes 30-60 minutes. We also offer a professional assembly service for an additional fee.
What is the warranty on the furniture?
All our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Children's furniture has an extended warranty of 3 years. The warranty covers construction and materials, but not normal wear and tear. You can return the product within 30 days if you are not satisfied.
